Graduated from the Moscow State Conservatoire as a choirmaster (2012) and Assistant Intership (2014) as a teacher of higher education and conductor. She is a Deputy Director of Prokofiev Moscow Music School, a member of the Expert Council of the Centre of Professional Mastery in Choral Art, Department of Culture of Moscow.
Director of the International Moscow Masterclass for Choral Conductors CHORUSLAB. Principal choirmaster of the New Opera World project.
Elmira participated in international festivals of choral music in the UK, Japan, Germany, Italy and China among others with the Moscow Conservatory Chamber Choir conducted by Professor Boris Tevlin, People's Artist of Russia.
Elmira is a laureate and winner of special prize at the All-Russian choral conducting competition named after S. G. Eidinov (Magnitogorsk, 2011). Since 2012 - Chorus Master of the Chamber Choir "Pokrov" (Art. director Andrey Goryachev), as choirmaster participated in international projects and festivals in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein (2012, 2014), Estonia (2013).
Artistic director and conductor of children's choirs: "Kamerton" in Odintsovo (from 2010 to 2013) - winner of all-Russian competitions; the choir of the Prokofiev Moscow State Children and Youth Music School (from 2013 to the present) - winner of all-Russian and international festivals and competitions, and since 2014 - Deputy Director of the Prokofiev Moscow State Musical School.
She was awarded diplomas of the Committee for Culture and Sports of the Administration of Odintsovo municipal district (2011, 2013).
Participant of master-classes "National Choir of Russian Conservatories" - 2007, 2008, 2011; "All-russian master-class" of the VIII International Festival of Choral Singing in St. Petersburg (2014).
Elmira participated of the International Master Classes in Conducting under the direction of Professor Boris Abalian (2015), International Master Class of the Academy of Conductors in Stuttgart under the direction of Professor Frieder Bernius (2016), Master Classes of Professor Roland Berger (Germany) and Professor Patrick Russell (UK) (2018), Academy of Conductors in Bulgaria under the direction of Professor Frieder Bernius (2019).
