Elmira Dadasheva (Akchurina)

Founder, Artistic Director, and Chief Conductor of the ARIELLE Vocal Ensemble

Born in Moscow. In 2012 graduated with honors from the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky (class of Pavel Klinichev), in 2014 – assistant- internship at the Conservatory (class of the same teacher). Participated in master classes Boris Abalyan, Freeder Bernius, Roland Berger, Patrick Rassill. In 2019 completed professional retraining in the specialty of “State and Municipal Management”.

Diploma winner and the winner of the special prize "For the performance of S.S. Prokofiev's music" of the All-Russian competition of choral conductors named after S.G. Eidinova (Magnitogorsk, 2011), the winner of the International competition of choral conductors named after I. A. Mikhailovsky (Tula, 2022; II prize).

As part of the Chamber choir of the Moscow Conservatory under the direction of Boris Tevlin participated in international festivals of choral music in the UK, Japan, Germany, Italy, China and other countries.

Member of the City Expert Council of the Center for Professional Excellence in the field of choral art of the Department of Culture of the City of Moscow (2021-2025), member of the Russian Musical Union. Chief Chorister of the New Opera World International Opera and Symphony Laboratory (2021-2024). Deputy Director, Curator of the Vocal and Choral Department and the Children's Choir "Edelweiss" of the S.S. Prokofiev Moscow City Children's Music School (2013-2025).

Since 2025 – chief choirmaster of the Center for Performing Arts under the leadership of Alexey Rybnikov.
